With Document Security Suites, users can create a virtual suite of rooms assigned by employee, client or department—the choice
is up to you. It is in these secure rooms that your documents are stored and updated as needed. Since DSS manages transfers of much larger files than typical email programs, you can also be secure knowing your files will reach their intended destination Online without interruption.

Whether your firm has 10 users or 10,000—or more—we offer several different licensing plans based on the number of users a company has and number of rooms it needs. Each plan is renewable yearly and can be upgraded at any time during the term. Volume discounts are available for companies that require additional rooms added to their plan in blocks of 50 to 1000 rooms;

In addition, every DSS plan includes free private labeling with your company or organization logo or other artwork. Simply send us your digital graphic files and we’ll brand your suite for you.


This Professional/Small Business suite has 30 GB of space for up to 15 rooms. Each room is customized with your firm’s branding.


Our Medium Business Suite includes 200 GB of space, 100 rooms and your logo or other artwork.


This Corporate Business Suite has 500 GB of space for up to 250 rooms, each branded with your corporation’s logo.
